Carla Hussey, Machine Operator.


Carla holds her Surface Extraction Operations Qualification and is on a journey to become the first woman Quarry Manager in Australia.

Carla has represented Australia in Rugby and is always ready to roll up her sleeves to get ay job done. During Carlas employ at Anderleigh, she is undertaking her Certificate III in Civil Construction to enable her to diversify her skills. First female CPQM is a few years away, but in her reach.


Anderleigh is working with MinRes Institute of Training to deliver this package and proudly support and encourage Women in Mining.
